Okay! .. So here we go. I leave on Saturday and I'm starting up this blog so family and friends can somewhat follow along in my journey on the Africa Mercy. Here is a map of the country of Benin, and it shows the city of Cotonou, at the bottom, along the Gulf of Guinea. This is where I will be! As you can see it is close to the capital of Benin, Porto-Nova. I leave so soon and I'm still trying to get last minute things done. I feel like I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off!! But I'm veryyy exited! ..and a little nervous! =)
